Are the website packages subscriptions?+
No. The Readiness Workspace, Live AI Upgrade and Complete Website Workspace are one-time purchases for one website. Optional recurring monitoring plans are separate and appear only when monitoring checkout is enabled.
What does each paid option unlock?+
Readiness Workspace unlocks the full report, Evidence Ledger, Growth Plan, content and page tools, implementation files and one rescan. Live AI Upgrade adds OpenAI and Gemini observations to a website that already has Readiness. Complete Website Workspace includes both in one purchase.
Why is payment not unlocking automatically?+
Automated gateways unlock only after a verified gateway callback. For temporary manual UPI payments, send the screenshot and UTR on WhatsApp; Admin unlocks the selected website only after the payment is confirmed in the receiving account.
Where should I start?+
Open My Websites, choose a website and follow the recommended next action. The workspace always moves through four outcomes: Understand, Fix & Prepare, Download Pack and Verify Improvement.
Where is my sitemap.xml file?+
Open My Downloads, choose the website and download the Complete Website Pack. Sitemap guidance is inside the technical core files together with robots, schema and implementation notes.
Do I need to understand SEO, AEO or GEO?+
No. Rare AI keeps the technical evidence available, but the main workflow shows the work in plain language and priority order.
What should I send to my developer?+
Send the Complete Website Pack ZIP. It includes a README-FIRST document explaining what to review and how to use the platform-specific files.
Why is a download temporarily paused?+
Rare AI pauses downloads when the quality gate detects inconsistent evidence in an older saved report. Run a fresh scan; your payment, access and history remain safe.
When should I run the improvement scan?+
Run it only after the recommended changes are published on the live website. Rare AI preserves the previous scan so you can compare movement.
